Your Data Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page explains those rights and lets you submit a request directly to our team. We are based in Ireland and act as data controller for account and usage data.

Right of Access
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including what it is and how it is used.
Right to Erasure
Ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten") where there is no overriding reason to keep it.
Right to Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
Right to Restriction
Ask us to pause processing of your data in certain circumstances, for example while a dispute is resolved.
Right to Object
Object to processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis.
We will respond to all requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. There is no charge for submitting a request.
If you are not satisfied with our response you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
